BPTW’s planning consultancy team have played a key role in the delivery of schemes which provide affordable housing, respond to local aspirations for development of existing communities, respond to the climate emergency and provide training, employment and educational opportunities. This includes a mixed-use scheme for L&Q and London South East Colleges which will provide a new state-of-the-art education facility designed to BREAAM Excellent standards. The team are also collaborating with LB Hounslow on a package of sites delivering circa 300 affordable homes, all designed to surpass carbon emissions guidelines outlined in the Building Regulations Part L.
