Submission Summary:

As one of the country’s largest mixed-use permissions of the year, this £350 million development will transform an 8.69acre derelict brownfield site adjacent to Leeds rail station, London mainline and proposed HS2. In October 2018, detailed permission was granted for 25,100 sq m of office, retail and leisure and up to 103,900 sq m of office, retail, leisure and community use and 750 new homes in outline. The comprehensive and ambitious EIA scheme brings centrally-located homes and thousands of jobs, improves city connectivity for adjacent communities and delivers inspiring gateway buildings, as will befit a key European destination.
