Ebury Bridge Renewal - the regeneration of the Ebury Bridge Estate, Ebury Bridge Road, London

Executive Summary: A key objective of the Ebury Bridge Estate development was to sensitively provide a significant uplift in housing numbers whilst fostering a vibrant neighbourhood for the local community. The development facilitates a mixed and balanced community by providing at least 50% affordable housing, with a tenure blind approach to unit mix, and offered all returning social tenants an improved quality of accommodation. The development includes affordable renewable energy provision and high insulation standards, along with high quality, connective, well-lit public open spaces and biodiverse landscaping, a net increase in community focused workspace, and retail and community facilities.
