The tools have yielded exceptional results that far exceed previous outputs in a fraction of the time. They have justified feasibility and concept design work for affordable housing and community hubs and identified sites for local plan allocation. This transformative technology will help the Council meet housing demands while also delivering communities and facilities for current and future residents.
