MK Gateway: Socius and Patron Capital submitted plans for £180 million MK Gateway in July 2021, approved by Milton Keynes Council Development Control Committee on 2 December 2021.

The MK Gateway consultation was conducted during the pandemic, having the foresight and being an early adopter of digital technology ensured Socius were able to quickly adapt and scale up digital consultation, which proved invaluable to the planning process on a large city centre regeneration scheme.
