This was a large commitment, on a small budget. We knew we had to be bold and radical in policy making, and needed the buy-in of all our stakeholders, politicians and the wider public to make it a success. By investing our time in wide and varied engagement we have secured a result that is beyond our expectations, with widespread support from across a range of competing sectors and interests. This shared ownership is a sound platform for collective delivery.
