Submission Summary: A resolution to grant planning permission for the first stage of the scheme (Bank House) was secured at in September 2019.

The site forms part of the East Pilgrim Street area and represents one of the most strategically important city centre regeneration projects in the north of England.

Pilgrim Place will deliver c45,000 sq m of new Grade A office space in three buildings ranging from 10 – 14 storeys, the restoration of refurbishment of two listed buildings and a new high quality public square.

Pilgrim Place has been designed as a comprehensive development creating a cohesive and coordinated urban environment.
