The Poplar Riverside masterplan promotes the future use of the river and open space for commuting, exercising and socialising through the provision of key connections and a new continuous 500m riverside walk. Our proposal for increased landscaping and open space on site will see an overall net increase in biodiversity compared to existing site conditions.

The masterplan aims to help address the isolation and absence of connectivity within the area. This will facilitate new routes to homes, open space, jobs and amenities; as well as to surrounding destinations and transport links, in line with the residential growth of the area.
