Warners Fields Masterplan, Birmingham, UK, Arcadis with HUW for Dandara Living

Warners Fields is the next chapter in the story of Birmingham's regeneration strategy and Future City Plan, capitalising on the growth being brought forward with Birmingham’s Smithfield development. For the first time in over a 100 years locals and visitors will be able to experience the flowing river. The masterplan will create Birmingham’s first green/SuDs streets, and incorporates water and flood management with all ground floor uses providing non-habitable flood areas.

Warners Fields will transform the River Rea into a unique natural space that will exemplify how urban redevelopment can provide climate change adaptation and nature recovery.
