BANCROFT ESTATE, TOWER HAMLETS

Working in partnership with a diverse community, navigating the challenges of the lockdown, we secured consent for 33 high quality council homes and a new community centre. Responding to the 'new normal' each home offers adequate space for home working and home schooling. The design is a 'good neighbour' in every sense, offering high quality place to live for new residents whilst limiting impact on surrounding properties whilst enhancing the surrounding landscape for the enjoyment of all. This is the first council-led scheme to incorporate Air Source Heat Pumps in one of the first boroughs to declare a Climate Emergency.
