Transforming an underutilised car park on brownfield land has already provided support for local housing, employment, and business needs. The mixed-use and car-free development complements the transformation of Blackhorse Road junction, encouraging sustainable transport, providing much needed Affordable Housing, and reducing pollution in the area.

This site also set a precedent for other brownfield sites to be unlocked throughout London, including future JV partnerships between Barratt London and TfL, such as that at Wembley Park. Not only will this allow significant improvements to the capital’s infrastructure; it will create more opportunities to build the affordable, quality homes that Londoners need.
