As the first completed buildings that form Brent Cross Town, Conductor House, delivers 120 affordable homes, and The Delamarre 170 for market rent homes, within a thoughtfully designed, inclusive new neighbourhood, Sensitive massing and materiality respond to local context, while a new pocket park fosters social cohesion, wellbeing, and community life. Delivered through a public private partnership, the project transforms brownfield land into a sustainable, people focused place, establishing a strong architectural identity, high street presence, and a clear standard for design, environmental performance, and placemaking that will shape the town’s future.
