The M25 Junction 10/A3 Improvement Scheme delivers transformative benefits at one of the UK’s busiest junctions. Broadfield helped National Highways navigate a complex planning and consenting landscape involving protected habitats and species, a Special Protection Area and other environmental designations, open space and common land replacement, blight issues, and extensive negotiations with third parties. Our work assisted in securing a development consent order to deliver a scheme that reduces congestion, improves safety, delivers numerous environmental improvements, a UK‑first “green bridge” and major improvements to footpaths, cycleways and bridleways. This project demonstrably improves environmental quality, access, and community well‑being.
