Built on a neglected industrial site, Clarendon will deliver a rich and diverse, mixed-use quarter to benefit residents of all needs and aspirations. St William’s development is a major contributor to the provision of affordable housing in the Haringey Heartlands Opportunity Area, delivering 599 affordable homes – comprising social and intermediate rent, and shared ownership – with L&Q.

St William will create vast expanses of open green space to improve access to nature and enhance wellbeing. New pedestrian links will improve connectivity between the surrounding neighbourhoods, while retail, commercial and workspace will benefit the local economy and create an exciting new destination.
