The permission also includes the regeneration of St Anthony Gardens, an open space for the community which is located on the sea front. Once finished, the development will offer 36 new homes for local people (30.5% affordable homes), seven commercial units and an improved public realm. As a result of planning permission being granted, Treveth’s Coinagehall Street project will create local jobs, provide much-needed new homes, increase annual visitor expenditure and increase biodiversity net gain by 130%.
