Greenwich Peninsula

Spanning 150 acres, Greenwich Peninsula is the capital’s largest single regeneration, already home to an exemplar new community. Knight Dragon is investing £8.4 billion over 30 years to transform the former industrial land into a new riverside cultural centrepiece for London.

The almost-island will deliver seven distinct neighbourhoods with up to 17,487 new homes (30% of which will be affordable), 48 acres of public green spaces, 13,000 new job opportunities, a Design District for London’s creative community, a public transport interchange, two schools, a university, improved walking and cycling routes, GP and healthcare facilities, and eclectic leisure facilities.
