Executive summary from entrant:

Indurent Park Derby has transformed 67 acres of long-underused brownfield land into a nationally significant manufacturing and logistics hub, delivering over 700,000 sq ft of sustainable employment space, generating more than 1,250 jobs across the skill spectrum once fully occupied. Through major infrastructure investment, strategic partnerships, and exemplary sustainable design, the development has helped safeguard the city centre from flooding, enhanced biodiversity, and catalysed economic growth. Home to Rolls-Royce, Vaillant, Kia, Getinge and other global innovators, it demonstrates how brownfield regeneration can drive levelling up, skills development and long-term prosperity. It is a model for placemaking rooted in sustainability, resilience, and lasting community benefit.
