Located close to the Listed Power Station and Conservation Area, the scheme supports the regeneration of the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area. It delivers 817 new homes, short/long-term employment, and one acre of high-quality public realm, including play space. The innovative affordable housing strategy goes beyond policy expectations and provides 40% by habitable room. It integrates sustainable technologies with significant carbon savings and will generate significant operational benefits which is why it will achieve BREEAM “Outstanding” certification.
