Acquired by the community in 2020 after standing vacant since 2001, this £4.9m restoration has transformed a Category B-listed building at risk into a thriving hub for education, enterprise, and community life. Through meticulous conservation, traditionally informed repairs, and a sensitively integrated extension, the project demonstrates how historic agri-industrial assets can drive sustainable place-making.
