Our approach for the design of KSW Tiller Road recognises the importance of its existing residents, its context, all the aspirations set for the development of the area and the ability to enhance its identity. Maximised affordable housing provision (40% of the total homes), this includes 45% replacement affordable home, 23% social rent and 32% Shared Ownership; and high-quality public realm.
