Shaped through close collaboration with Hyde Housing Association, the scheme balances viability, design quality and community needs, while providing 196 additional parking spaces, improving safety and the public realm. With a 39.27% Biodiversity Net Gain and clear social benefit, it offers a replicable model for sustainable affordable housing delivery in National Park settlements
