Accuracy improved, with 83% saying Xylo helps them make more accurate decisions. Wellbeing changed too, 100% of officers reported improved stress levels and energy. The result is that officers are able to handle a greater volume of applications, devote less time to administrative tasks and concentrate more on the crucial aspects of planning decision-making.
