Luton Street and Fisherton Street Regeneration

Westminster Builds and Linkcity

Luton Street and Fisherton Street, the first stage in Westminster City Council’s long-term regeneration of the Church Street area, is transforming a 1.85 acre neglected brownfield site – historically a coal yard and more recently, vacant community buildings, near Edgware Road and delivering 171 new mixed-tenure homes, together with new community spaces and public realm improvements.

Income generated by the sale of homes will kick-start the transformational regeneration of the socially and economically deprived Church Street neighbourhood by supporting the delivery of further new and refurbished homes, amenities and public space across ten development sites over the next 15-20 years.
