Our planning team continues to enable transformative and complex regeneration projects, delivering significant and lasting social, economic and environmental benefits for communities. Our work for Havering & Wates has unlocked over 2,000 homes with 173% increase in affordable housing. Our pro bono work helps authorities tackle accommodation shortages through 'the Way Home Initiative', and homelessness through institutional investment. We advise public and private sectors in collaboration, such as at Earls Court, delivering thousands of homes, commercial, cultural, public realm, and in Slough unlocking over 250 ha of commercial space (including around 3m sqft data centre) through a SPZ.
