Oaklands Rise

CZWG Architects

Oaklands Rise is the first major regeneration project at Old Oak Common. Forming the western gateway entrance into the masterplan, the £175 million mixed use scheme provides 605 new homes (40% affordable and 60% PRS) and active mixed-use commercial at street level, including a nursery, health centre, shared workspace offices, shops, cafes and a community centre. A landscaped boulevard runs north-east across the site, and a new softer green play and amenity pedestrianised street will ultimately connect south to the proposed HS2 and Crossrail Interchange and north to the Grand Union Canal.
