PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN BERKELEY AND THE LONDON WILDLIFE TRUST AT KIDBROOKE VILLAGE, GREENWICH

The successful partnership between Berkeley and the London Wildlife Trust (LWT) at Kidbrooke Village in Greenwich - the ambitious regeneration of a once-notorious estate - has ensured that the development will be left with 'more nature than before'. To meet the corporate commitment to achieve a net biodiversity gain at all new developments, Berkeley has drawn on LWT's expertise to create a natural park with varied habitats. This will not only increase biodiversity by 200% on completion of the regeneration, but is already providing wonderful natural and wildlife-rich parkland for residents and the wider community to enjoy.
