Pines Way, Bath is a transformative regeneration project delivering 454 new homes, including build-to-rent and shared living accommodation, alongside flexible commercial and amenity spaces. Situated on a long-vacant brownfield site in Bath Western Riverside, the project connects communities, the riverside and the historic city centre through new streets, green spaces and pedestrian-friendly routes. Extensive engagement with residents, public bodies and heritage advisors ensured a design that responds sensitively to the city’s industrial heritage and UNESCO World Heritage context.
