The Canopies is a 42-home, landscape-led residential development delivering Better Than Net Zero homes at Milton Heights, Oxfordshire. Regenerating a derelict brownfield site at the entrance to the village, formerly a care facility, the scheme is shaped by its woodland setting and numerous mature trees protected by Tree Preservation Orders.
