The TLT team’s legal work on Luton Airport Expansion and the Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) allows delivery of two of the UK’s largest projects with positive economic and social benefits for communities whilst minimising environmental impacts. The airport project, led by Luton Rising, reflects its social purpose combining sustainable growth, community investment, and environmental innovation whilst maximising transformative benefits for the local community and surrounding areas. LTC, led by National Highways, has been developed to be the UK’s greenest road, doubling road capacity over the Thames, reducing congestion and providing millions with more choice on where they live and work.
