White City Living is a challenging and complex large scale brownfield site. St James has worked hard in collaboration with the Council and landowners to deliver new homes, create accessible public space, pedestrian routes and over 80,000 sq ft commercial and community space. The continued transformation has reconnected the surrounding community and an ambitious approach to sustainability is recognised throughout the development.

The scheme has generated employment opportunities, quality architecture and a new public realm. The masterplan will help the local authority meet its White City Regeneration Area housing targets.
