Wendy Wong Chang

Wendy is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years' experience in both the private and public sector. Wendy has pursued her passion in the built environment by studying an MPhil in Town Planning where she specialised in Urban Design and is now a Principal Planning Officer at Merton where she is involved in dealing with major applications ranging from Strategic Housing and Industrial sites.
